The security deposit is requested as a guarantee for any structural damage and for objects inside the Loft by means of a pre-authorisation on a credit card. It is cancelled at check-out after the condition of the Loft has been checked.
In case of cancellation of the reservation within 15 days before arrival (19.00 local time), no penalty will be charged. In case of cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 7 days, no-show or early departure the penalty equal to the whole stay (100%) will be applied.
